Manor Cottage in Stiffkey is a cosy traditional cottage dating from the 17thC with a stylish modern refit. All on one level this cottage is ideal for a family group, for golfers, sailors, birdwatchers and folks who don't wish to tackle stairs. Set in the popular village of Stiffkey it is a short walk to the village shop and post office and the Red Lion serving good food. The sandy beach is accessible over the marsh paths.

- Entrance Hall: Entrance into a hallway with tiled flooring and plenty of space for boots, coats and dog baskets.
- Sitting /Dining Room: A cosy room with an open beamed ceiling, wood burner , sofa and chairs, a Sky (Entertainment) on a large TV with DVD. The dining table will seat 6 (4 chairs and a bench). French doors open onto the garden.
- Kitchen: The fitted kitchen has a tiled floor, butlers sink, washing machine, fridge, microwave oven, electric oven and hob and small freezer.
- Bedroom 1: A king size leather bed, built in wardrobe and drawer under the bed.
- Bedroom 2: A twin room with leather beds, and a chest of drawers.
- Bedroom 3: A small double with built in wardrobe and shelf space.
- Bathroom: The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a w.c. and hand basin.

The garden is fully enclosed with a paved area, a small lawn and pretty planting. Garden furniture and a barbeque are available.
There is space for storing bicycles under cover.
Parking off road for 2 cars.
