House Policies

Accommodation

  • All of our rooms require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure their booking.
  • In the event of a cancellation without 24 hours prior notice to the date of arrival or a “no-show” a one-night charge will apply.
  • In the event of an early check out we are obliged to charge for the full extent of the pre-booked stay.

Dining

  • For parties of 10 people or more we require a £50.00 deposit and a pre-order. The £50.00 deposit is fully refundable on the day if the organiser wishes for their guests to pay separately.

Pets

  • There is a £10.00 charge per dog per stay.
  • We kindly ask that you are respectful of other guests and keep your dog(s) under control and on a lead at all times when outside of your room.
  • Please keep noise levels to a minimum to ensure none of our other residents are disturbed.
  • Guests are asked to pick up any deposits left by their pet and put in the dog bin located at the entrance to the car park.
  • In the case of any accidents or damage caused by your pet a charge will apply.

Car Park

  • Our complimentary car park is for paying customers only.
  • Overnight parking is restricted to residents.
  • Please be aware that we are not responsible for any theft or damage to vehicles and we advise not to leave any valuables behind.

Smoking

  • We have a strict non-smoking policy within all of our rooms and establishment. Smoking is permitted on balconies and front gardens of rooms and around our courtyard and pavilion area.
